Sheriff Randy Smith partnered with the St. Tammany Hospital Foundation, Oschner Hospital, and the Rich Mauti Cancer Fund to raise money to fight Breast Cancer and the newly constructed St. Tammany Cancer Center, a campus of Oschner Hospital.
