CUALQUIER INFORMACIÓN DE ALGUNA FUNDACIÓN DE TRASPLANTE DE MEDULA OSEA QUE PUEDA AYUDAR SERIA DE GRAN IMPORTANCIA PARA MI.
2012: Después de unos estudios se me fue encontrado LOE en el mediastino de 8cm, luego de una toracotomía me diagnosticaron un linfoma de hodgkin nodular esclerosante clásico.
2013: Comencé esquema de quimioterapia ABVD con 6 ciclos seguido de Radioterapia a zona tumoral afecta con 2600Cgy.
2014-2015: Estuve en seguimiento de la enfermedad con estudios requeridos y finales del 2015 presento una tos constante, luego de estudios de imagen y Nueva Biopsia se confirma la presencia de enfermedad de Linfoma de Hodgkin tipo Esclerosis Nodular confirmada con inmunohistoquimica.
2016: Principios de este año se planifica nuevo esquema de tratamiento de quimioterapia de alta dosis a base de platinol Arac (HD) por 3 a 4 ciclos y consolidar con autotransplante. Luego de recibir 3 ciclos de quimioterapia se realiza TAC de torax donde se encontró contornos mal definidos de 5.9x5.6 con muy discreta disminución al control anterior no incrementa pero no hubo buena respuesta. Aunque me sentía bien deciden cambiarme a un nuevo esquema con Adcetris (Bentruxumab), tarde 5 meses en recaudar los fondos para dicho medicamento y a finales de septiembre de ese año comencé un nuevo esquema de quimioterapia ICE + Adcetris.
2017-2018 estuve es chequeo durante el 2017 y 2018 hasta finales de octubre donde se encontró de nuevo LOE en mediastino con un tamaño de 10x5.8cm.
Los doctores me mandaron a realizar de nuevo Biopsia y Mandan esquema de quimioterapia de rescate QT + ADCETRIS DE URGENCIA Y ME DEBO REALIZAR TRASPLANTE AUTOLOGO.
LOS FONDOS RECOLECTADOS ME AYUDARAN A TRATAR ESTA TERRIBLE ENFERMEDAD PARA LOGRAR QUE DESPAREZCA DE UNA VEZ POR COMPLETO DE MI VIDA. YA QUE SOY ESPOSO Y PADRE DE 3 HERMOSAS PRINCESAS, UNA DE CRIANZA Y CON UNA 4RA EN CAMINO CON 5 MESES DE GESTACIÓN, Y CON LOS FONDOS PODER CUMPLIR EL TRATAMIENTO Y ASÍ CON LA AYUDA DE DIOS PODER ESTAR MUCHOS AÑOS JUNTO A ELLAS PARA VERLAS CRECER Y COMPARTIR MUCHOS MOMENTOS A SU LADO.

- My medical history fighting against cancer -Hodgkin lymphoma-
2012: After some studies I was found a LOE of about 8cm in the mediastinum; with a thoracotomy I was diagnosed with classic sclerosing nodular Hodgkin lymphoma.
2013: I started ABVD chemotherapy with 6 cycles followed by Radiotherapy to area affected with 2600Cgy.
2014-2015: During this time, I was on regular checks to follow up; after some required studies -imaging studies and a biopsy- at the end of 2015 when I suffered a constant cough, it was confirmed the presence of Nodular Sclerosis-type Hodgkin Lymphoma with immunohistochemistry.
2016: A new treatment scheme for high-dose chemotherapy based on platinum Arac (HD) was planned for 3 to 4 cycles plus an autotransplantation. After receiving 3 cycles of chemotherapy, the CT chest scan showed ill-defined contours of 5.9x5.6cm, with a very slight decrease since the previous control, not a good response. Although I felt good, doctors decided to change the treatment to a new scheme with Adcetris (Bentruxumab). It took me 5 months to raise the funds and at the end of September I started a new ICE Adcetris chemotherapy scheme.
2017: Only regular check-ups.
2018: An regular examination in late October found a new Space occupying lesion (SOL) again in the mediastinum with a size of 10x5.8cm. Then the doctors sent me to perform a new biopsy and send a QT rescue chemotherapy + Urgent Adcetris + Autologous stem cell transplant.
The collected funds will help me to treat this terrible disease, and hopefully it will be eradicated completely of my life. Since I have a big family, I am really motivated to achieve this this; I have a wife and three beautiful princess and a fourth one on the way! With some luck I will be able to complete the treatment and then with the help of God I will stay many years with them, see them grow and share many moments together.
