My sister needs her two little girls back in Minnesota, where the girls grew up and live.
Her soon-to-be ex-husband left to California, took the two girls with him and without notice unfairly filed for emergency custody in CA.Both my sister and her ex-husband had agreed before he left that my sister would have custody of the girls in Minnesota.
He has no right to take the girls away from their loving mother, their school, their city, their life, and from their home in Minnesota.
The girls and their mom need your help so that my sister can pay for the legal help she needs to be able to fight this and get the girls back to Minnesota where they belong, at home with their mother.
Ana recently decided to separate from her husband. They lived in Minnesota with their two young daughters Emily and Marisol.
Both girls were raised in Minnesota. They have their school, their parks, their doctors, their routine, and home in Minnesota.
Unfortunately, the girls' father did not take the separation well so he decided to move to California.
Before he left, both parents agreed that the girls could visit California with their father but they would be flown back to Minnesota by July.
However, the girls' father decided to lie his way into receiving an emergency court hearing to get temporary custody of the girls in California. He did this by manipulating the truth about my sister's life and her health situation.
He was granted the temporary custody and so now the girls will have to stay in California, away from their mother, until the next court hearing.
This is not fair to the little girls or their mom. The girls love their mom and spend every day of their lives with her. She is a good mother, the best mother to these little girls and they adore her.
She has a steady job, a place to live, and support from her friends and family both in Minnesota and California.
There is absolutely no reason why the girls should be granted custody in California, with a father who is willing to lie to get what he wants. He is selfish to think that the girls are better off in California, away from everything they know, and most importantly away from their loving mother.
Emily and Mari need their mom and Minnesota life back! Let's help get them back!!!

Please share and pass along as much as possible.
Thank you SO much!
