My sister Gayle Kirkendall was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. She’s had to take a year’s leave of absence from teaching to focus on her treatments and I am raising money to help her with medical and living expenses as she goes through this journey. Gayle continues to be very positive and upbeat as she fights this battle.
