December 22, 2024, I was involved in an accident, where the other party was at fault and cited. My vehicle was deemed a total loss. I have been paying for a rental vehicle, while the other party's insurance company has been giving myself, and my insurance carrier excuses and no answers. As a result, I am facing severe financial issues, causing me to be behind on bills, late on rent, and struggling to buy basic necessities.
