Underemployed Single Mom Needs New House

Stephanie and her son need funds to get out of their current living situation and into a new house. Their current house has many problems, unfinished plywood floors that splinter, AC/Heat that is constantly breaking, electrical issues that could pose potential danger, and pest problems that are caused by shoddy exterior construction, all of which their landlord refuses to have properly fixed or handled. The landlord in question is not a professional landlord and can not afford the upkeep of the house they own, forcing the brunt of the issues with the house onto Stephanie, her son, and her roommate. She needs out of the house as soon as possible because the landlord is now trying to manipulate her into signing a very sketchy lease but saving up all the necessary funds to move is difficult as her hours have been cut significantly at her place of work due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This money would be able to secure a safe environment for her and her son and they would be extremely grateful for any help or shares.
