UNCSA Summer Intensive - Alex

Alyssa and I live to dance and aim to be professional dancers. In the pursuit of our dream, we auditioned at UNC School of the Arts for their classical ballet summer intensive. (UNCSA is ranked one of the top conservatories in the nation.) Alyssa and I were both accepted into the program out of hundreds of applicants! Unfortunately, the cost of the summer intensive is $5000 per dancer inclusive of room and board. I earned a merit scholarship to assist with my tuition, yet we owe $9000. Dad has been unemployed for over 6 months without a potential end in sight. Alyssa and I are trying to raise the funds ourselves to alleviate the burden on our parents.
