<div>I’m reaching out to ask for support for my incredible uncle, who is currently facing one of the most difficult battles of his life.

<div>What began as a visit to the doctor for leg pain quickly turned into a devastating series of discoveries. A CT scan revealed numerous blood clots in his leg—serious enough that doctors had no choice but to amputate his foot. While running additional tests, they found more troubling news: a 7mm mass on one of his lungs, signs of a heart condition, and later, a mass on his brain. As of 6/18, the results of the biopsies came back with it being Stage 4 cancer.

<div>He's been in the hospital for several weeks now, and the road ahead will be long and expensive. One of the biggest immediate needs is a prosthetic leg, which could cost up to $10,000—not including the intensive rehab and ongoing care he will need. Unfortunately, he and his family simply don’t have the resources to cover these costs on their own.

<div>My uncle has already faced so much in his life with quiet strength and resilience. He’s not just an amazing uncle—he’s a loving father and grandfather who helps care for his daughter’s children and gives selflessly to those around him. Now, he needs our help.
