Unchain Sadie & her family

Mama Powderpuff and her daughter Sadie would love to live together in a big kennel with warm Igloos filled with cedar shavings rather than be chained separately. They will benefit from being together and their kennels will be attached to kennels for Daddy Bear and his brother King allowing all 4 dogs to socialize with each other.
Our last newsletter discussed why chaining is inhumane and offered suggestions on how to help chained dogs. We followed our own advice and have been working on a situation with 4 chained pitbulls in the Rocky Mount area. All of the dogs are now up to date on vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered. The owner does not want to give up his dogs but is on disability and has limited means to make improvements for the dogs. The dogs love him and they are at a good physical weight. We want to raise funds to provide kennels and warm Igloo doghouses and unchain all four dogs.
We are working on a second situation and are arranging to install a donated kennel for a chained Rottweiler. Cash donations , Igloo doghouses, kennels, cedar bedding, and volunteers are all needed.
To unchain Sadie and her family we need 4 Kennels @ $279.99 each, 4 large Igloos @ $109.99 each, 4 kennel cover kits @ $99.99 each, 4 bales of cedar shavings @ $7.99 each: Total needed: $1,991.84
