<div>Ciao, siamo Wanda, Marinella e Marco, tre della stessa famiglia che gestiscono da 17 anni il biobistrot afiordigusto a Lugano-Cassarate. Crediamo nel cibo buono, giusto e pulito e coltiviamo da sempre le verdure biologiche che usiamo in cucina per i nostri ospiti, in un orto di circa 1000mq, oasi di tanta biodiversità, a Pregassona.

<div>Lo scorso anno, la struttura antigrandine costruita con le nostre mani e materiale di recupero nel 2018, è completamente crollata. Abbiamo ora urgente necessità di ricostruirla, in maniera però più solida: non abbiamo più materiale di recupero e dobbiamo ricorrere ad un impresario edile locale che ci garantirà una struttura a regola d'arte, fatta con pali di legno nuovi, ben piantati nel terreno.

<div>Le condizioni climatiche imprevedibili, una prima grandinata lo scorso 6 maggio che ha fatto temere il peggio, ci impongono di tutelare i preziosi frutti del nostro lavoro, ma questa spesa non pianificata, accanto a quelle correnti per la nostra attività, è gravosa e difficile da affrontare.
