<div>Nunca imaginé que estaría escribiendo algo así. Hace unas semanas, al salir de trabajar, sufrí un accidente automovilístico muy grave que cambió mi vida de forma abrupta, afortunadamente no hubo daños ni lesiones a terceros, pero el impacto fue devastador. Como consecuencia, los médicos tuvieron que terminar de amputar mi brazo derecho. Además, presenté múltiples fracturas en el tórax, pelvis y extremidades, así como lesiones abdominales y pélvicas severas que me han llevado a tres cirugías hasta el momento. Gracias a Dios, al apoyo de mi familia y al trabajo del equipo médico, estoy vivo.

<div>Ahora comienza el proceso más largo y desafiante: la recuperación.

<div>Los gastos hospitalarios han sido muy altos, pero el mayor reto económico está por venir. La rehabilitación integral, el acompañamiento especializado y una prótesis funcional representan un costo que, sinceramente, está fuera de mi alcance.

<div>Ser cirujano no es solo mi profesión, es mi vocación. Mi sueño es volver a operar, volver a estar en un quirófano y seguir haciendo lo que amo: ayudar a otros. Sé que el camino no será fácil, pero la prótesis y la rehabilitación me dan una esperanza real de recuperar mi independencia y mi vida profesional.
