<div>En septembre 2025, je prends un nouveau départ.

<div>J’ai décidé de suivre ma véritable voie, celle qui résonne avec mon cœur depuis toujours : accompagner, éveiller et guider grâce à différentes thérapies cognitives et corporelles.

<div>Après des années d’hésitation, de doutes et de réflexions, il est temps d’écouter mon instinct et de me lancer pleinement dans cette aventure. Depuis 2 ans, j'oscille entre petits boulots, période d'arrêt et de précarité. J'ai quitté le cinéma dans lequel, je travaillais ardemment entrainant un effet boule de neige, de surprises, bouleversements, interrogations. Un changement de voie est semé d’embuches.

<div>C'est pourquoi, j'appelle aux dons, à cet ancien fonctionnement de cadeau, de mécénat, à me soutenir dans ce changement de voie, me permettant de me former et d'offrir en retour, à chacun une séance de soin.

<div>Je débute une formation unique, "Le Voyage du Yoga", qui m’accompagnera jusqu’en juin pour obtenir mon diplôme de professeur de yoga intégral.
</div>
<div>En parallèle, plusieurs semaines de formation en hypnose viendront compléter mon parcours et me permettront, dès l’année prochaine, d’offrir des séances d’accompagnement profondes, mêlant corps, esprit, conscient et inconscient.

<div>He decidido seguir mi verdadero camino, aquel que siempre ha resonado en mi corazón: acompañar, despertar y guiar a través del yoga y la hipnosis.

<div>Tras años de dudas, miedos y reflexiones, ha llegado el momento de escuchar mi instinto y lanzarme a esta aventura. Durante los últimos dos años, he estado alternando entre trabajos esporádicos, periodos de inactividad y precariedad. Dejé la industria cinematográfica, donde trabajé tan duro, lo que provocó una bola de nieve de sorpresas, trastornos y preguntas. Un cambio de carrera está plagado de dificultades.

<div>Por eso hago un llamamiento a donaciones, a esta antigua forma de dar regalos y mecenazgo, para apoyarme en este cambio de rumbo, permitiéndome formarme y ofrecer a todos una sesión de tratamiento a cambio.

<div>Inicio una formación unica llamada "El Viaje del Yoga", que me acompañará hasta junio y me permitirá obtener el título de profesora de yoga.
</div>
<div>Al mismo tiempo, completaré varias semanas de formación en hipnosis, lo que hará de este año algo mágico y me permitirá ofrecer mis servicios como hipnoterapeuta y profesora de yoga.
