<div>Le 9 décembre dernier, un camarade sans papier, membre de la Fédération Syndicale Etudiante et du Comité Sans Papier 59 a été placé en garde à vue. Il a été contrôlé et arrêté par la Police Aux Frontières, dans le métro, pendant qu'il se rendait en cours. Il a subi pendant cette arrestation de nombreuses pressions et tentatives <strong>d'intimidation</strong>, notamment liées à ses <strong>engagements militants</strong>. Il a été menacé à plusieurs reprises d'être placé en centre de rétention administratif.

<div>Militant connu des forces de l'ordre, et c'est en cette qualité qu'il a été interrogé.

<div>Étudiant en philosophie à l'Université de Lille, notre camarade a pu recevoir le soutien de nos organisations, ainsi que celui de ses professeurs et camarades de classe. Il milite en France, a fait des études où il a appris le latin, le grec, et apprend en détail la philosophie occidentale. Il parle notre langue, est pacsé avec une Française.

<div>Il fait l'objet d'une OQTF depuis le 30 mai 2024, suite à un refus de la préfecture du renouvellement de son titre de séjour « étudiant ».

<div>La préfecture a estimé qu'il ne justifiait pas suffisamment son changement d’orientation et son nouveau cursus en Philosophie, lequel constituait une « rétrogradation dans son cursus », reproche lui étant fait de ne pas démontrer le caractère « réel et sérieux » de ses études...

<div>Notre camarade est actuellement <strong>major</strong> de sa promotion L3 en philosophie.

<div>Si notre camarade a pu sortir du commissariat, c'est grâce à la <strong>pression</strong> faite à la préfecture, par le CSP, la FSE, ses camarades, professeurs et responsables de l'université.
