UMSL Pool Music System

Swimmers? Check.
Coaches? Check.
Gear bag? Check.
Practice? Check.
Music? Ch- wait.

During practice UMSL Swim likes to enjoy some music, it gives us the motivation to go harder and faster in practice. Especially during hard sets, the right music can push us into faster and better times. And not to forget: we like to see Tony and Kale dance and sing along on the pool deck.

However, our speaker has retired since some time now and we have been practicing without music. Because of the conditions in the pool, our speaker didn’t have the long life we would have liked to give it.

Now, we are looking for a better and more advanced sound system that can (hopefully) survive longer in our pool at Mark Twain. We have been trying to get the money together as a team, but because of the current situation with Covid- 19, not everyone is able to chip in as they normally would have. That is why we are reaching out to you now. We really miss the music at practice and the energy during hard sets is not the same without it. We would be more than thankful if you could find a way to help support us.
