ULTRA ERGATHLON FOR MND

On Sat 16th July - Joey, JP and Hamed will be individually Skiing a Marathon, Biking two Marathons and Rowing a Marathon for MND.

 

Ski Erg - 42,195m

Bike Erg - 84,390m

Row Erg - 42,195m

 

We have called this the Ultra Ergathlon, as it will take around 9-10 hours to complete!

 

We hope to raise £3000 for MNDA, a charity close to our hearts, which funds research and provides help and assistance to those affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

 

The event will be hosted at ION Strength & Conditioning, Cardiff on Sat 16th July (7am-5pm).
Everybody is welcome to come down and support, jump on a machine and Ski, Bike, or Row a few km's alongside us!!
