Antony Broome, Garry Stockdill, Graham Navey and Graham Woolley are hoping to raise at least £35k to purchase three de-commissioned Ambulances to deliver to the Ukraine. We’re working in conjunction with Leeds Ukrainian Community Centre in Chapeltown; they were promised the funds from another source but have been let down, so we’ve taken up the challenge.
The Ambulances will be fully kitted out, including Defibrillators. In addition, we’ll be taking a support vehicle with a trailer and over 3 Tons of Medical Supplies and tinned foods, which the Community Centre has already donated.
This Fundraiser was set up by Antony who runs Britannia Vehicle Delivery in Otley, West Yorkshire. We are grateful for the help and financial support of Idle Working Men’s Club in Bradford.
We hope you can help us achieve this target. All donations, large or small, are very much appreciated. Anyone who can donate £250 or more will have their name listed as a major sponsor; we will be setting up a Facebook page with regular updates and photos of our journey.
Thanks in anticipation.
If not you, then who? If not now, then when?
