On the day before what was going to be our moving date, I'm in disbelief that I'm sitting here typing this request. I never thought we would be in a predicament to ask for help, but due to unforeseen challenges, we are reaching out for financial support.
Due to medical expenses and living on one income, Craig and I were at a point where we were in fear of losing our house. We derived a plan to sell our house, pay our debts and start fresh.
While waiting for Craig's disability to get approved, we've been able to manage. Unfortunately our plans and dreams were squashed when we found out that Medicaid has a lien on our house, making us unable to sell. Since this plan is not an option, we are at a loss to pay the back taxes owed on our home and are once again at the point where we are fearing we'll lose the house. If we are unable to make payments, the house will be put up for auction in August. Our timeline isn't affording us time to wait for money to come in so I'm humbly asking if you can spare something to help us out we would be very appreciative and will pay forward your generosity. I don't have any talents to lend in exchange except I would be more than willing to help with your family tree.
