Brendon Glenn, originally from Troy, NY, was fatally shot in Venice Beach, CA, by an LAPD officer on Tues. May 5, 2015.
Brendon was unarmed at the time of the shooting.
As I write this, I am using every ounce of restraint to avoid negativity, and blame. This is not a forum for personal pontification. I am writing this to do any possible thing I can to support a beautiful family in tremondous pain over the loss of a son, a brother and a father. Without doubt, Brendon had his flaws, but without further doubt, he was a remarkably loving father and son. Brendon was shot by the Los Angeles Police Department while on the West Coast. He is an Upstate New York native. Brendon's family wishes to transport his body home to rest in their family plot.
Please, as a community, let's rally and remove as much burden from this incredibly caring and wonderful family. Let's get Brendon home and lay him to rest where he will be able to be joined one day by the loving family he was taken from too soon.
