Help Leah pay for her operation!

Hello! I don't like doing this, but I am in a fix. I have a cyst on my face that needs to be removed. I believed that it was cosmetic and I am a wussy baby when it comes to doctors, so for years I let it be. Earlier this year, in my infinite wisdom, I switched to a high deductible insurance plan to save money. Of course within months of making this alteration, I learned that this thing really needs to be removed as it is getting larger and could potentially paralyze the left side of my face. After the surgeon's fee, the anaesthesiologist's fee, and the facility's fee, I am looking at $3000. My dedictible is $4000. Lolol.

The surgery center offers a payment plan, but the monthly payment and associated interest will be based on how much I can raise by Tuesday, so time is a factor here. I will have five months to pay it off. Not an easy task for a kale slinger such as myself. Any little bit you can contribute before then will help me out substantially.
