I am from the UK &amp; currently the waiting list for the NHS gender clinic is incredibly long (I have been on the list for 4 years now &amp; have at least another 5 years ahead of me for just an initial appointment). Top surgery on the NHS also has a 5 year waitlist &amp; is only available in England (I am from Scotland) - so I have decided to take things into my own hands! Private top surgery is SOOOOOOO expensive but I would greatly appreciate any help I can get to paying for it.
