This fundraiser is for our Son, Brother and friend, Ugochukwu David Adiele, a 26 year old young man who has been diagnosed with Kidney failure, and in urgent need of a KIDNEY TRANSPLANT SURGERY to save his life.
He has been burdened with 3x weekly dialysis for the past two years and countless hospital admissions, due to the different crisis associated with this ailment, he doesn't find life to be easy. it really breaks our heart to see him go through this sort of pain.
We, his family and friends have been struggling to raise the remaining amount of money required to cover the total cost of this surgery, but we are unable to complete it at this point, So this is where we need your help, we can no longer do this on our own. we need your kindness to shine through in these difficult times.
As you read this, he is only surviving by the grace of God, and his doctors strongly advice we take immediate action to save his life.
