Puppy needs emergency surgery

Our dog Zeus got sick a few days, he has not ate in 2 days, he’s been leaking pee and blood, throwing up, and lost weight. We took him to the vet and they said he needs emergency surgery within the next week or so. We’ve been paying the bills as we go but it’s so unexpected we simply can’t gather the funds in time by ourselves for his surgery.
