Free Medical Clinic in India

Dave (my hubby) is super excited to be going to India on November 21 - December 5, 2017. He will be helping to facilitate a free medical clinic with our dear Indian friend, U (who worked for Dave in India) and her husband, V (whom I served alongside facilitating medical clinics when we lived in India from 2007-2009) in the remote areas of Rajasthan.
Dave along with a team of doctors and support staff will hike into remote villages to provide aid not only for the physical needs but also minister to the spiritual and emotional. There is no school in this area except an education center that U and V started. There is also no doctor or midwife. If these villagers require medical care everyone has to climb down hills which involve several miles of tiring terrain and then drive into the city to receive medical care. The villagers saw a doctor for the first time in 2012 when U and V facilitated a medical camp.
For this Medical Camp we need to raise $3,000 for doctors, travel, facilities, medications and supplies. The last station in the clinic is always for prayer and Dave will be ministering there. He’ll also do some teaching.
