Adventure Update!
Hi guys! I just wanted to update ya’ll on what God has been doing! As you may know I am graduating 2021, and that’s coming up real soon! Through the rollercoaster I call life, I have had missions on my heart! As I have been seeking God, and really questioning what he wants of me, I have had missions knocking on my door. I have questioned God so much throughout this process, and finally I broke and said yes to missions! So I made the decision to take the giant leap of faith to go tell the world about Jesus! I have prayed about this a whole lot, and I have decided to go to YWAM (Youth on a Mission), a discipleship training school! I will be going to the base in Byron Bay, Australia for the Adventure program, which is a course that lasts five or six months. It consists of two parts: lecture phase and outreach phase. In the lecture phase, I will learn more about God and His world. I’ll learn not only from lectures but also from community living and practical training. The outreach phase focuses on applying what I've learned in the classroom through an intense, cross-cultural experience. This program is not free, but I believe that the Lord is going to provide as he always does so faithfully! I ask that you all pray and walk through this adventure with me, and help me get to where the Lord wants me to be in this chapter of my life! To cover the cost of this program I will have to raise $10,000. This $10,000 is going towards airfare, lodging and food expenses, on top of the expenses of the program itself. I have full faith this money will be provided! I pray that through this adventure it will touch hearts and inspire others to follow God through deep waters, with the knowing He can walk on water!
