<div>My sweet, beautiful cat Midnight has to get immediate surgery to have a foreign body removed from her intestine, along with potentially gastrointestinal resection and anastomosis: a procedure where a section of the intestines needs to be removed and the remaining healthy sections need to be reconnected due to a thickening or growth the vet found in her intestine.

Midnight's affectionate nature brings smiles to all (even those who said they'd never be cat people: myself included).
