UCD MedWeek for Aoibhneas

This year for UCD Medical Society's MedWeek we are fundraising for 'Aoibhneas' - an Irish charity that provides domestic abuse supports to both women and children. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on victims and Aoibhneas' work is now more important than ever.

Some of the supports provided by the charity are:

UCD MedWeek is our annual charity fundraising event. It is a jam-packed week full of events from Pub Quizzes to Bake Sales, all ending with Med Day on Friday which sees students hit the streets of Dublin, shaking buckets to collect donations for our chosen charity.

The timetable for the week is as follows:

Monday - Bake Sale in UCD & Pre-clinical Table Quiz in the Old Punch Bowl, Booterstown

Tuesday - Clinical Table Quiz in Old Punch Bowl, Booterstown

Wednesday - Sea Swim at Seapoint

Thursday - Charity Information talk with Aoibhneas

Friday - MedDay
