Ubaldo Sanchez - Fight Cancer

Donation protected

May 11, 2017 - The day that everything changed for the best.

Many people won't say cancer is blessing, but it was to us. When we heard the word cancer we where terrified. We still have moments where we cry out of fear, but we have learned to do Gods’ will through it all. We have learned to value life, we wake up every morning and thank our Father for another morning. We stop and appreciate life more -- every moment counts and the silly fights or disagreements seem just like that SILLY.

My body is fighting this cancer everyday while I fight to hold on for one more day with my family. I have three children: Sebastian (10yrs), Layla (8yrs), Rozabella (5yrs). My wife and I thank God everyday for the blessings we have. I am blessed with such amazing kids and a wife that have been right next to me since day one. She is such a strong woman and I can’t imaging fighting this on my own. Right now I’m not sure what my future holds here on earth. I’m fully aware that this is my temporary home on earth and one day -- maybe sooner than I would like -- I will be reunited with my father in Heaven. In our worst moments blessings continue and people unite with me for the cause.

In 2017, I’ve visited the hospital more than I would like. My kids now see the hospital as the place where daddy goes to get better. In 2018 I started the year in the hospital. I’m hoping that I can leave soon, but God is working through this. His plans are greater than mine and I have learned to trust that his plans are better than mine.

I might never meet you, but I wanted to say THANK YOU. My family appreciates the support and everything that everyone is doing. All the proceeds will be for bills and medical expenses that have added up through this journey. Many people have united for a great cause and that is such a blessing. We live in a generation where not everyone is as willing and supportive to go out of their way to help a family in need. God has brought many together to help someone like my self in need and through my journey he continues to touch peoples life’s in different ways.

My family is my legacy, but my love for the Lord is my biggest legacy. God is good, he always will be.

God bless you all - Ubaldo Sanchez.
