AMY NEEDS EMERGENCY SURGERY

My wife Amy is in excruciating pain. The only way to alleviate this pain is to have a very expensive (20 thousand+) oral surgery. Due to my earlier layoff and Amy's salary cut a few months back, we have absolutely no savings and nowhere left to turn. I must stress that this is not just some cosmetic procedure. This condition has left her in constant pain with migraines, severe neck and jaw pain, and she cannot sleep at night. This has been going on for quite some time, as we have not had the means to correct it. Just in the last week her condition has deteriorated and has left her unable to eat anything. She's on liquids only. Not only is she in inexplicable pain, but this is jeopardizing her job, adding even more stress.
Amy is a strong woman and has been through quite a lot over her lifetime but still does whatever she can to help others. Those of you that really know and love her are aware of what a special person she is. She has been a wonderful nanny and caregiver to many children that adore her. She's always willing to help others in any way she can. She is a great mother and her children absolutely adore her.  I can't begin to tell you what she means to me. I know this is quite a big amount.  Anything at all you can do to help us get this surgery done and help my soulmate get back to being the incredibly high-strung, hilariously crazy woman I share my life with would mean the world not only to Amy, but to me.
