<div>After Russia attacked Ukraine, the US government launched the <a href="https://www.uscis.gov/ukraine" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">United for Ukraine</a> program that has allowed US citizens to sponsor a small number of refugees from Ukraine. 
</div>

<div>We have grouped to help a handful of people to come to Nashville through this program and to try to make this transition slightly easier for them.
</div>

<div>These people went through too much, and there will be significant costs associated with them starting life in a new country after leaving everything behind. We are helping with legal processes, housing, jobs, food, schooling, and more.  
</div>
