Car for Chemo

First off, thank you for clicking on this link. Many of you know my sweet momma, Kelli, but some of you may not know her story. The one thing about my momma is, she is full of spunk and nothing can hold her down. Last year she endured a total of three leg reconstruction surgery’s and this caused her to not walk the entire year of 2016. February of 2017, she was released to start learning how to walk again. After she taught herself how to walk again, she was brand new. This June, a few weeks ago, she woke up with an awful pain in her side. She thought she was having a severe gallbladder attack so we headed to the ER. After an ultrasound, the doctor was concerned with what he had seen on her liver, so he ordered a CT scan. When he came back with the results from the CT scan, I am not sure we were ready for the news. My mom’s colon is the shape of an eaten apple, which they could tell was cancer from the beginning. The CT scan also showed some spots on her kidneys, lungs, lymph nodes, and liver. After 1 colon biopsy and 2 liver biopsy’s, it has been confirmed that she has Stage 4 colon cancer and it's spreading. She will begin intense chemo starting on Monday and wear a chemo pump all hours of the day. If anyone knows my mom, they know her purple van that she has had for YEARS. It has over 300,000 miles on it and has endured many break downs along the way, but momma refuses to give up on it. Unfortunately, the van will not endure the many doctor and chemo appointments she will have to go to. We are in desperate need of a reliable car to transfer her back and forth. We are believing the Lord will send us a vehicle to drive my mom back and forth. If you are able to donate - thank you so much. From the bottom of our hearts - we are thankful.
