Sanchez Family

To family and friends:


Today we want to reach out to all our family and friends to ask for you to come alongside one of our families in need. Many of you know and love Pastor Alex and Sara Sanchez and their two boys, Samuel and Elijah. The Sanchez family has for the last 6 years dedicated their lives to serving the Lord in ministry.

In November 2017, Sara was diagnosed with 3 tumors below the frontal lobe of her brain. Since her diagnoses she has gone through extensive diagnostic tests to find out what was causing the tumors. As of March 2018, the neurologists have discovered that she has extremely elevated levels in her spinal fluid that is in turn causing increased pressure in her cranial cavity. She is currently awaiting results from her latest brain scan to see if there are clots in the brain causing the elevated levels.  

Through the last 3 months she has endured and continues to battle debilitating headaches, temporary vision loss, and other various symptoms that have caused her to miss work. Sara is a high school English teacher and the sole provider of the Sanchez household. Through all the medical tests and absences, she has exhausted all her leave time, which means each day she is absent she loses pay from her monthly salary. 

We are reaching out to our family and friends today to ask that if the Lord lays it upon your heart to come alongside the Sanchez family whether financially or in prayer.

If you would like to pray for the Sanchez family, please pray for wisdom for the wisdom for Sara’s doctors to find the root problem to her symptoms, and for relief of her pain. Pray for strength for both Alex and Sara to endure these trials.
