help me rescue my loved one from a corrupt system

A few days ago on December 9th, 2020 he was falsely arrested by Clayton County police for simply walking down the street near a police checkpoint/roadblock. The police car approached him, the officers got out of the car and told him he “looked like he was up to something” but he wasn’t. He pleaded with them, telling them he was trying to get home but they proceeded to arrest him and basically kidnap him. The police in Clayton county are crooked and their sheriff is constantly under investigation for abusing inmates and allowing his correctional officers to do so as well. The number of COVID cases are spiking in this jail, the inmates are not being protected. I’m asking for help with legal fees so we can get a lawyer to help him push for a closer court date and to have these charges dropped. He’s really been working on rehabilitating his self and he has stayed out of trouble for the last few years, everyone of us that knows him personally can vouch that he’s been doing so much better and has been working to better his life and the lives of his loved ones. We just want to protect him from this messed up system and bring him home.
