<div>Founded in 2015 and named by Gooreng Gooreng Elder Uncle Merv Johnson, Goora Gan Steiner School is an independent primary school, accredited for Classes Prep-6.

<div>With 60 enrolled students and a full waiting list, the school offers an integrated approach to education which develops the whole child – head, heart and hands, and is based on the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. The  curriculum is rich in life skills; balanced in academia, movement, nature, and the arts; and supports the ongoing development of children as responsible, confident contributors who are able to be of service in the world.

<div>Through its founding years, the school has been blessed with the support of the local and wider community, and is deeply grateful for temporary homes in the Agnes Water Community Hall, and Agnes Water Surf Lifesaving Club. The school is ready to build a new, permanent home, and continue to live into the dream of its founders.
