My husband had his leg off a year September gone and is going to rehab and he has to take a driving test to drive with the new leg and get the gear shift changed in our car and it cost about 2,000.00 to get it done and we have no medical plan but pharma care and they don’t cover it  , we are low income and on supplement and we are just making it from month to month and sometimes not . I sent a email to Brad  Johns and never heard back from him. Hoping I can get help somewhere. We are on a waiting list at rehab for him to have the test done and they say have to have money when test is done
