Help me pay Tuition Fees

My name is Rosalind, a transgender woman living in Stafford, VA. In August of this year, I was kicked out of my home, and forced to find emergency housing. I managed to find an apartment with roommates, and was able to begin attending what would have been my last semester with Germanna Community College. Unfortunately, just after the Drop With Refund date, my roommates let me know that they would be breaking the lease on the apartment and moving away to a different state. I did not make enough money to pick up a new lease at the same apartment complex, and so faced with the rocky prospects of finding work and a new place to live, I felt i had no other choice but to drop my classes and focus my efforts elsewhere. 

I thought nothing of this afterwards. I managed to convince my family to let me move back home, albeit this time paying rent, and while it hasn't been easy, i've been managing to make enough money to pay my bills, rent, food, gas, etc. This morning i received a letter from Germanna, stating that i owe them $1146.25 for tuition, that I thought my loan had already paid for. However, apparently when you drop after the refund date, your loan is also cancelled, yet you still owe tuition. 

I barely make enough money driving for Ubereats to cover the bills and rent i already pay. As of this moment, creating this Gofundme, i have $55 to my name, and the tuition is due by December 8th, less than a month from now. I couldn't get a loan even if i tried, due to my inconsistent wages from Ubereats, nor could i afford yet another monthly payment after the fact even if i could get one. 

I have 20 days to make $1147 dollars to pay off my tuition dues. 

Any additional funds past that point will be used to continue to pay my bills, maintain my car so i can continue to make money, and probably see a doctor for my knee, which has been hurting for about a month.
