Tirsha’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

A year and a half ago, my heart was shattered into pieces when I found out my sister Tirsha was diagnosed with stage 2 HER2 positive breast cancer. I’ve always been very close to my sister but it wasn’t even the thought of losing my best friend that broke my heart, it was the thought of my nieces and nephew growing up without their mother. Since her diagnosis my mother, brother and I have been funding all treatments, test and doctors visit but unfortunately with my sister needing to start another round of chemo, it’s starting to become financially difficult to do alone. Tirsha has a long road ahead of her. In 2 days she will be starting another round of chemotherapy treatments and that’s just the start of a long lists of other treatments she’ll need which includes surgery.
