About to lose our home...

Our power has been shut off and we owe $800 to turn it back on... We have been trying to collect unemployment to no avail while we are laid off from work with just over 2 weeks until we go back. Our boy is only 7 and needs power to do some of his school work. I'm asking for at least $1,000 so we have grocery money as our fridge had the majority of our food in it and is spoiling... We also have two cats we are trying to take care of as well...
I don't like asking for help but I have no other option left, I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get.
