Help Jerry with medical bills.

Jerry was playing softball in the NAGAAA Sin City Classic in Las Vegas with the SFBombshells, when he was running to third and slide into base. Unfortunately, he over slid and his shoulder got hung up on the base which resulted in a level 3 disclocation. This is one of the most painful and worse shoulder dislocations. Jerry was transported by abmulance to Dignity Health Emergency where he had 5 injections of pain meds (which still did nothing for the pain). They ultimately had to put him under and reset the shoulder back into place. 

With this injury unfortunately, there will be lots of physical therapy and awaiting to hear about surgery for the rotator cuff.

Jerry has insurance that is based in North Carolina so outside coverage will not cover these costs which are adding up quickly. We are looking to help him out for the ambulance ride and emergency room visit. Any amount helps. If you can please share with other NAGAAA softball leagues, family and friends. We are trying to keep Jerry smiling and getting him on his way to recovery.
