U16 b Soccer fund raising event

Donation protected

We need your help to send our Storm U16 Competitive Boys soccer team to the San Marino  Cup in July 2018.

Our team was newly formed in the summer of 2017 and is comprised of several teams coming together.   We want to give our boys the opportunity to play against boys from all over the world to learn various styles and be exposed to different cultures. Our boys are working hard daily to improve their soccer skills, overall fitness levels and of course their grades in order to qualify to participate in the tournament. We are doing a variety of team fund raising events but we also need your financial support to help us provide this once in a life time experience!

Community outreach is part of our program to reinforce the importance of giving time and energy to those less fortunate.    On September 24th the team held a tournament and barbeque with the high school jplayers from the refugee center in Greeley Colorado.   Up to 14 countries around the world reside here to escape violence and persecution.  This was a great experience to break down cultural, social and racial barriers.  The local sports channel filmed part of the event.  Please check it out:  https://vimeo.com/236766790?ref=em-share

Your (non-tax deductible) donation will be used to cover travel expenses and tournament fees for the boys.

Fund raising will go through April at which time we have to register for the tournament.
