Kim & John Lavigne fix their home

Hello Friends of the Lavignes,
John Lavigne is a senior at Irvine High where he plays water polo and is currently the Varsity first baseman on the baseball team.
As many of you know, John lost his brother to cancer 3 years ago, a few months later his father died. This left Kim and John with very little money and now with half of the family income gone, their home needs some TLC. They need our help today, because their home is in need of long-delayed repairs to make their home more habitable.
First off, There are many plumbing issues that need to be addressed, mainly, all of the faucets need to be replace and the shut off valves at each sink need repairs. There is no flooring in the home, there is ONLY concrete on the entire first level and plywood going up the stairs and on the entire second level. They are also in need of a washer and dryer for theirs is currently barely operational.
There is exciting news though, a friend of ours, The Lockwood family, is in the middle of a kitchen and bath remodel and have offered their cabinets and appliances to the family from their kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms. The money will be used to salvage and install the cupboards, fix existing plumbing issues and if any is left over, then we can address the flooring issues and pay for paint for the walls.
The sooner we get the funds the quicker we can replace the dilapidated kitchen and bathroom cabinets and appliances.

If you have any questions or ideas or housing supplies that you would like for the family to have, please phone me. We will consider everything. Even extra tile for a small bathroom would be used.
I also have compiled a list of items that are urgently needed to be addressed.
