Tanzania Basketball Rising Stars Trip

Did you know that Basketball is an up and coming sport in the East African country of Tanzania? A new team of ten youth from different schools and community centers including Don Bosco have come together to represent the country in an international mini-basketball tournament in Quebec, Canada.

Unfortunately, the main sponsor of this event has not followed through on any financial commitments as of yet and the trip is supposed to take place in 2 weeks time. We need help urgently!

Please help us elevate the profile of the great sport of basketball in Tanzania and show the world that these kids have what it takes to compete on the international court! Any amount will help so please don't be shy :-)

We are still hoping that this "major sponsor" might still come through at the last minute, but we need to have a back up plan. So we will keep everyone updated on that front and discuss with you next steps.
