Saving Grace

Please support my beautiful friend, Grace as she recently received a devastating diagnoses of Stage 4 Colon Cancer with metastasis to her liver. Grace has been battling cancer since last year and even after 5 surgeries and chemotherapy her tumors have spread aggressively throughout her abdomen and liver. The doctors at Northwestern have concluded that she is now uncurable as her cancer is terminal giving her a short period of time to live.

I know this is not the end for her! Grace is a single loving mother of two children as well as an amazing friend. I will not let this diagnosis come true!
