As you all know that our Boxer Tyson broke away from his leash when we brought him outside last night to go to the bathroom before going to bed. While outside our neighbor thought it was still July 4th and was letting off Fireworks. He got so scared when they started he broke away and ran off. We were driving all around looking for him last night and started again early this morning. We were so Thankful for everyone in our community that was passing the word that he was missing and driving around looking for him as well. We Thank God for all of you.
Tyson was found today at 1:49pm in a drainage ditch behind homes and a vacant lot off a canal on 83rd Street by his Daddy. Mommy & Daddy went down the ditch thru the mud and got to him. He could not walk or move. It was the saddest thing we have ever seen.
Tyson was definatley hit by a car. We rushed Tyson to Highlands Vet Hospital in Sebastian. They took xrays and found that he broke his back leg and broke the front leg on the other side. Tyson is staying in the hospital and will not be having surgery until Tuesday/Wednesday as far as we know. They are keeping him comfortable.
As you all know that this is going to be very expensive and at this time we do not have the funds to do this. I have been dealing with my own medical issues and have been in out of the hospital 2 times in the last few weeks. We are asking our community for help.
If there is any money left over after Tyson's medical expenses we will be putting it in account for anyone else that needs emergency help with their animals.
If you do not feel comfortable going thru the Go Fund Me Account you can call or go to Highlands and tell them that you would like to donate towards Tyson Dalbergs account.
As you all know the Vets want the money before they do anything. So your help we need ASAP.
Again, Rusty & I Thank All of You for all of your help that you have given to finding Our Boy Tyson and getting him back home.
