Tyrone Johnson’s - COVID-19 Early release fund

Our loved one, Tyrone will hopefully be released from prison early with compassionate release after spending 10 years in prison. He will be getting out soon and is in need of financial support as he secures everyday essentials and work. As is the case with so many who are incarcerated, over the course of the last 10 years Tyrone has lost most of his assets. He has also been paid close to nothing for the years of work he has done working different jobs while in prison. There are countless and deliberate obstacles that the prison system presents to people who go through it. I think we can make Tyrone’s transition as easy as possible to ensure that he has secure access to clothing, food and other necessities in the months following his release. He is a genuine, kindhearted, funny and devoted family man and we are so excited for him to come home.
