Vitrectomy to save my sight

I'm a type 1 diabetic (autoimmune disorder) diagnosed in 2000. After 18 years of battling a disease I did nothing to cause, my complications have gotten the better of my eyes. My retina has detached causing me to lose all vision in one eye. I've worked up the courage to have surgery to try to correct this only to find out it will cost me $3000 after insurance. I work hard, full time, and have a two year old little girl. Needless to say I do not have 3000 just laying around. I've moved into my mothers house to help save as much as I can but this surgery can't be put off without increasing the damage. Anything helps. If you cannot donate, please share.
