The Young Creatives is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to give young people an active creative voice. TYC is youth led. It's members ideas, wants and opinions are at the core of everything we do.

TYC believes that creativity lies in everyone and everybody should have the opportunities to express their creativity in a safe, supportive environment.

To stay accessible to all we have a low weekly membership cost, provide half and full scholarships for those who would otherwise have no access to the arts and work hard to access funding so that we can provide free events throughout the year.

Sometimes the shows and events that our members choose require extra fundraising. Our young people are tasked with creating fundraisers in these cases.

For our Spring show, Shrek the musical, our young people are raising funds for the costumes and sets through a Splat-a-thon!

For every £5 raised a cast member is nominated to join the line for a cream pie. Help us create the longest cream pie line by donating £5. Upon donation you can nominate a cast member in the message box or we will assign a member for you. Cast members can be nominated more that once!

As a bonus, 3 of our young male cast members have pledged to have 1 was strip pulled off of their legs for every £100 raised!

Please help us towards our target to buy everything we need to create the set and costumes and make Shrek a wonderful experience for all our young creatives.

TYC provides opportunities for creative minds, builds confidence and self belief and creates experiences that our young people carry with them throughout their lives.
