Two treatments of PRP for Sky's knee

So.... 
I really don't know what to do. I feel so defeated, and let down by life.
My lower back vertebrae are rubbing on the left side, and something with my hip joint is messed up on that side too. They could fix the disc... for 3000$
Then there's my right knee, it's got three different things wrong with it; and stem cell treatment will fix it with above 90% certainty.... However, that's 4500$... then there's PRP, which could still help my knee heal in two of the ways it's messed up, but that's 1500$... per treatment..

I barely make 800 a month, have no wealthy fam, and I can't go on like this. I just can't, something has to give.
I've been hobbled up for going on 5 years now, and it's broken me in ways I never knew possible.

I had hope of true healing today February the 19th... for all of like 30 minutes, until the main office told me they don't accept payments, I've gotta have it all up front..

If I could even just get one PRP tatement, it could mean no knee surgery.... a surgery which has just as much bad outcomes as good... the doctor today legit said he can't say if the surgery will help, or hurt me; and it's the only one my insuance covers  
I'm asking for help with two PRP treatments, as asking for this alone is allot. But I can't go on like this.. 
I used to ride bikes all over, walk all over; spent a vast amount of my time in nature, but I haven't been able to do those things in almost 5 years. 
Please help me get my life back.
