Two Renter's Lose Suite in Fire

My two brother's have been renting the lower suite of a home that today had a fire. The fire started in the top portion of the home where their landlord and his family lived. Luckily, there have been no reports of injuries to the family and my brother's were at work at the time of the incident. It appears that the home will most likely be unliveable, leaving both landlord and tennants out of a home. My brother's, like many tennants of Victoria, do not have renter's insurance.
