Hey Facebook friends, I have two tenants who are desperately struggling due to no fault of their own. They are both grandmothers and women of color, heads of households, and both work exceptionally hard.

One is raising her 4 grandchildren on a Walmart salary. As a diabetic, she has lost most of a foot throughout this year because she stands on it all day to keep her job. The other lost her husband 8 months ago and Social Security still hasn’t adjusted her check. She has lost her car and anything else she had of value to just stay alive until SS adjusts her payments.
