Two broken legs, too close to Christmas.

On September 19th, 2020, a car pulled in front of me and hit me head on. The result of this accident left me with two broken legs. The right leg is absolutely shattered from my toes to right past my ankle.
This past Saturday, November 21st, 2020, marks 8 weeks, and, I still cannot walk. Doctors have no idea when, but it will be months and months for sure. I still have open wounds that are cleaned daily.
Our family is financially devastated during a time we should be preparing for the upcoming holidays, and, we are calling on friends and family for support. We do have a settlement in the works, but, lawyer says it will be a year before anything is finalized, and, the amount is excruciatingly small, and then medical bills will take their cut.
Jeremy, my husband, has been an absolute rock star this entire time. Spending many of his nights sleeping in the hospital with me, (I was in, and hooked up to stuff, for two weeks straight, only one visitor a day and no children allowed) bringing me food, holding my hand while I cried at the pain, helping me with my bed pan, bringing coloring pictures and letters back and forth between my daughters, vending machine trips, coffee runs, and COUNTLESS *can you get/hand me that*'s. Now that we are home, he helps me with cooking and cleaning, feeding and playing with the animals (I cannot take the chance of the dogs jumping on me and they require a lot of attention lol), taking me to countless appointments thru out the week, helping the girls with homework, getting me in and out of the bath, I mean the list is truly endless what he has done for us.
As you could imagine, he has missed quite a bit of work to help do all these things, and now, he is our only source of income. Last week was his first FULL 40 hour paycheck. Christmas is so close and we have bills thru the roof that need attention. We are calling on our friends and family for a little help.
If you would rather mail or drop off a gift for the girls, please message me for address or pick up arrangements. Also, if you would rather help by making a payment to one of our utilities or rent instead, message me and I will send details on how to do that.
Most of you know it's not just bills, its groceries and gas for the car, food for the animals, toilet paper etc. We don't mind a gift card for one of these either. I also have DOZENS of therapy sessions coming up if anyone close by wants to adopt a day to bring me home. I have them all set for 7 am so Jeremy can drop me off before work. My sessions are an hour long, usually done by 8am on the dot. My sessions are in mountain home and I would need a lift back to Norfork.
If anyone is interested in seeing pictures of my injuries or the x-rays, reach out, I don't mind sharing. And if you want to adopt a day to bring me home from therapy, I can send you my calendar for the next month.
If you are interested in getting the girls a gift, they are 15 and 9.
My 15 year old wears a size XS/S, 8 in shoes, loves music (she plays many string instruments), movies, makeup, jewelry, general teenage girl things. She has requested a movie projector this year.
My 9 year old wears 10/12 and a 5 in big kids shoes and loves mini surprise toys, plushies/stuffed animals, legos and is requesting barbie items this year. Also, anything bug related or outdoor items.
